I've lost track but either 5 or 6 years ago LaunchVPS put an offer up on the OGF. I snatched it up because Philadelphia is just a stone's throw from where I live and at the time that was importatnt to me. And of course the specs and price were very competitive.
They've been hosting my production site which is a big part of how I make a living.
Every year it gets renewed even though lately there are cheaper and more powerful options available from other hosts that MIGHT be as reliable. Don't want to take chances to save a just a couple bucks.
The 3 or 4 times I needed to contact support it was always fast and friendly.
Couple months ago was getting close to using up all my storage space- it's a very large site and I keep archives online for reference and to help drive traffic, photos take up most of it. Asked if I could get some extra space, like even a gig or two for peace of mind. LaunchVPS ended up increasing my storage by about 2/3 so I won't have to worry for years about running out.
