First time customer. Good experience on my end so far. Network looks great, although the disk IOPS seems capped.

@gravhosting (allegedly) broke into my castle and kidnapped my cat. Requests to return my cat has been met with silence and them (allegedly) calling me delusional

A profession is a job that someone gets paid to perform. The client here is not being paid, so calling him “unprofessional” does not really apply. On the other hand, you are being paid to provide a service, which makes you the professional party in this situation.

    From that perspective:

    • It is unprofessional to accept crypto payments but not properly keep track of the associated wallets or transactions.
    • It is unprofessional for a client to have to repeatedly ask for proof and wait days before the service is activated.
    • It is unprofessional to receive payment and fail to activate the service in a timely manner.

Most importantly, it is unprofessional for a hosting company representative to call a customer “unprofessional” simply because they brought the issue to a public forum after being unable to resolve it through normal channels.

If a customer feels they have exhausted support tickets without resolution, raising the issue publicly is often the only way to get attention to the problem or obtain a refund.
