This is our first post here, so we wanted to introduce Arct Cloud and give you a proper look at what we offer.
We're a VPS provider operated by Arct Technology LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. Our platform combines AMD EPYC and Ryzen servers with a console for deployment, monitoring, billing, and server management.
Our VPS plans
We offer three tiers:

Cost Optimized and General Purpose use AMD EPYC Milan 7003 processors at up to 3.7 GHz. High Performance uses AMD Ryzen 9 at up to 5.7 GHz, or AMD EPYC Genoa 9004 at up to 4.3 GHz in Amsterdam, with DDR5 memory. Hardware overview.

Server access and management
Every plan includes NVMe storage and DDoS protection. Network connections support up to 25 Gbps on shared capacity. Inbound transfer is free; only outbound traffic counts toward your allowance. Additional outbound transfer costs $0.01/GB, or $0.02/GB in Tokyo. Network details.
From the console, you can:
- Start, stop, and restart servers.
- Open a browser-based VNC console.
- Monitor CPU, memory, network, and disk activity.
- Reinstall your operating system.
- Upgrade to a larger plan while keeping your IP address and data. Resizing requires a restart; disk capacity can grow but cannot shrink.
Linux images include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, and Fedora, with root access over SSH. Linux deployment takes under 30 seconds.
Windows Server 2022 is available on plans with at least 2 vCPU, with administrator access over RDP. Windows images are unlicensed and require your own valid licence. Operating systems.
New: backups and snapshots
We've recently added both to the console:
- Automatic daily backups: Seven backup slots per server, with the oldest replaced when the slots are full. You can also run manual backups and restore an existing server. The optional backup add-on costs 20% of the server's plan price.
- On-demand snapshots: Save a Linux server's disk and keep the snapshot until you delete it, including after deleting the original server. Snapshots cost $0.04/GB/month.
- Deploy from a snapshot: Create a new server in the same location with your saved files and applications. You can also convert a backup into a snapshot.

API, CLI, and SDKs
For automation, we provide a REST API, the Arct CLI, and Python and TypeScript/JavaScript SDKs, currently in preview.
You can automate server creation, power actions, reinstalls, resizing, and deletion, alongside SSH key and account operations. Backup and snapshot management is handled through the dashboard.
Account security includes authenticator-based MFA, and you can manage SSH keys for server access. Security documentation.
