I don't think he can do that as that's what he get from Hetzner for dedicated server.

Just some updates. Within 48 hours IPv6 /64 should be available. New orders will include this and previous orders can request one if they want to replace their existing /80.

Now also stocking storage plans. 1 7950XD core, 1 GB ram, 10GB NVMe and 1000GB HDD for just [look on web site for price] Can be customized at checkout for additional resources. STORAGEBRR for 10% recurring discount.

I don't think this a good idea - getting proper 2GB IPv4 seems cheaper than 2 x 1GB IPv6 :-D and comes with moar storage.
