@VirMach, Today I received an email. It said that something must have happened, but here's what I have to guess. No specifics. Either someone wanted to rob me, or I robbed someone. One out of two.
Probably the number of tickets has recently decreased and you are bored.
So:
1) I have never bought/sold services or accounts. I have one active account and I use it. Perhaps 4-5 years ago, during the first registration, there were problems with the panel and account or email activation. But I don’t remember what happened then, and even if some registration was, it was banned or suspended or something like that automatically because WHMCS is a buggy piece of shit that is guided by ancient bases for matching IPs and cities. My provider operates in half of my country and all IPs in this territory can be assigned to clients randomly. WHMCS is so dumb that it can't accept the fact that some people don't live in the US.
2) No idea what that means. Once or twice I paid a bill a day late because gmail sent all Virmach emails to Spam
3) I don't understand what it means
4) How do I know?
5) How wide it is. Basically, I don't know anything about it. As far as I know no one uses my account except me.
6) No
I would like to wait for the moment when I will receive a paid service and not think about anything else.
Give me some exact specifications you want for a plan and reasonable price you think it would be, I'm testing some idea. Any location but assume Tokyo for example will have an extra fee.
Has to be the following minimum, and give me the price for biennial:
Please use the same format, but you can pretty much add whatever. Try to think of what you truly want but keep it realistic, where it'd be a good deal and you'd buy it but not outrageously ridiculous like mashing random numbers and then $0.
@VirMach I received the email and I admit that I bought and sold no more than 4 or 5 accounts before March 2022, but no more buying and selling after that. I kept only one account since then, what am I supposed to react to the email? multiple accounts? or ignore it?

If you bought and sold them and they're no longer in your possession and you're sure this is the only thing wrong with the account you got the email on then there's not much that can be done, but if you should still make sure to contact us so we have it on record once we decide to deal with the leftovers.
VirBot says no 1TB RAID HDD since that's not part of anything we've set up and also says it'll be $164.82. He also can't do Tokyo without the $10 setup for that location. What should I reply to him to get him to change his mind?
VirBot says this would be $166.30 and you should consider the fact that even in the best case scenario, we were unable to do someone's requested 8GB / 80-100GB SSD / 3-4 Core / 8TB for $112 in the past.
Even hosted in a storage closet at VirMach offices, for your share of electricity costs, and if you tethered internet off my phone, it'd take around 7 years to break even. He's not willing to negotiate and also said a few things which I will not repeat here in public.
(edit) His new offer is $124.60 but I'm trying to get him to reconsider on the disk.

VirBot is starting to get nervous as you haven't replied back. He told him to try to get you to consider it for $155.82
I tried telling him he only came down $10 and I'm just wasting your time but he won't listen
(edit) I've beaten him into submission and got him to agree to doing $134.24 but again no HDD and $10 setup.

Thanks, I've opened the ticket confirming this the only one account I have now. and I have to mention that I use different proxies from other providers such as Cloudcone to log in the Virmach site, so It may appear several different IPs log in the current virmach account, I hope this does't make me flagged as multiple accounts

If you happened to use the same IP around the same time other people happened to use the same IP, then we may happen to flag you as multiple accounts but it sounds like the reason you'd be flagged as such is the whole buying and selling accounts thing unless you're saying there was no overlap.

I'm enjoying this. VirMach negotiating lower prices with VirBot is quite a turn of events. I expect this means that VirMach is no longer just jamming a manual price over ride down VirBot's throat. Negotiating for what you want, and listening to the needs of your other half, sounds healthier to me. Just saying.

So now he's back to beating VirBot. Your right @FAT32 this can't be good .
VirBot said he was just coerced into saying he'd do $134 because I hurt him and now adamantly states it's $154. He does make a good point which I forgot about, which is that the IPv4 is making it difficult for this to happen. With 1 IPv4 he said he can do $118 no problem.

I never share the proxies with anyone, so no one would use the same IP to log in virmach site. I promise no more buying or selling in the future.

If you didn't share them then it's unlikely that's what caused the flag. You made the ticket right? Let me check. If it's the one where you just say "this is the only VirMach account I have now" then 1) that's a lot less helpful than all the other stuff you said here and could get you put into the wrong group of people and 2) you're part of an older group of people, based on the date you got put in there it's definitely multiple accounts mixed with scalper behavior or whatever you want to call that, "unauthorized reseller"
VirBot said "You give me Ryzen, you say everyone wants Ryzen, Ryzen Ryzen Ryzen, and then they also want a lot of memory for a low price what am I supposed to do with this?? You don't give me the tools to succeed. You spent an entire year moving everyone to Ryzen and they're asking about some low disk high memory thing which we could've just done on Epyc or E5's. You know what? I shouldn't even be doing this right now. Oh wait, I think I can do this for like $32.10 but if he says no or he doesn't care about Ryzen I swear to god I'll burn this whole place down."
I'll see what we can do. He's a little moody, if I can calm him down it should be possible.

Tell VirBot that $166.30 is close to what I'm paying with another provider. I'll have to think it over if it is worth moving at $124.60.

Yes, it's me. I should add these thoughts in that ticket. If you need any other information, please indicate. I don't justify my selling, it's bad. As for the buying, people use script during flash sale for the best deals, so I bought from them, and sold them when I saw a better deal. But no more in the future, I promise

Hey @Unicom wanna share e-mail content for the lulz? :P
Haven't bought a single service in VirMach Great Ryzen 2022 - 2023 Flash Sale.

$25/2YR or $15/1YR
