I think they don't do this anymore, just like netcup. There's been to many false claims. I heard they do it once in a while but require many documents and in english or french only.

I installed vz7 using qemu-kvm trick mounting the ssd drives and it boots but no network

just FYI, these don't have ECC RAM so the viability as a host node might not be great.

Just checked, the one I got is in fact ECC although not fully buffered.
It can be, its just a script for converting centos7 to openvz7.
