  • @VirMach said: we can add an additional /24 block to the node pool for $1,536 per year

So it is 6 buck per IP each year, doesn't make sense why 7 buck per year deal exist in the past.

Perhaps it is cheaper in ColoCrossing?

The status of my Ticket is “On Hold” now. Does it mean that it is in progress?

My Ticket is to request a refund for the Tokyo storage VPS, should I continue to wait as prompted?

    Thanks

Use the new generated ticket for them. If it's not yet created, wait for it to be created (around 6 people are left I think.) On hold right now mostly means rounded up tickets that most likely should be closed, but we're not 100% sure so we're going to manually go through them and decide if we should close it or put it back in the queue.

    Thank you for your reply.

I have created a new Ticket #950920 as required. Please help me check it.

    Thanks

Not down but if it is SEAZ008 it is overloading. 615 load average.

Cost breakdown for Special 512 on annual ($13.75) goes something like this:

    IPv4 - $4.80 average
    Ryzen 512MB plan - $4
Being able to create a tickets such as asking where's my order why are you scam - $4.95

Failed to grab Tokyo storage node, and the odds are against getting SJC6666.

Will Viramch's storage node be available again?

And if I am a good fella only troll you on the forum rather than through ticket,
anything doubled for Flying Chinaman special except downtime?

I can't seem to enter my 2FA code for some reason to log into my account and pay my bills: anyone having the same issue? There is no input for me to enter them. Same result on both my tablet and my PC

Yeah, looks like 2FA (TOTP codes) is not working. Luckily I had my backup code. Was able to login with that.
Email 2FA codes are working though.

Am guessing their WHMCS 2FA plugin must be having some issues.

@VirMach so you're here, after long time I see you here now. So I had a 4 yrs old idle server which was earlier on Buffalo, NY. I needed it now for reverse proxy so I saw that it is migrated to Phoenix and up now. I heard you had some trouble in the past. Is everything okay now? Also do I get ipv6 with that new server? Can I use it now and start doing my setup for should I wait more? Please let me know!! Thanks.

Just after maintained 1 day ago. I used the backup to log in and see that the icon for Time based tokens is broken, something missing with this plugin. I switched to email 2FA is still working.

Good catch, just switched to email 2fa temporarily so I don't have to keep using backup codes.
