TYOC002S has had it since the beginning. I got IPv6 on TYOC029 and TYOC039 last week.

EDIT: TYOC002S and TYOC029 work fine. I still need to play with TYOC039 to get it working, but have not had time lately.

Yes, button seems to be gone.
Maybe they deploying it - VirMach mentioned they gonna gather requests and then do it node by node.

Yes it was removed when the sale started or shortly there after. Also all my IPv6 request auto generated tickets went on hold about the same time.

My 2nd question is: I ordered only one "Ryzen special 384 - 0.25" ($2.22/quarterly) VM from Tokyo location, which still 'pending' status (Invoice ID: #1521864). I have only one account, and ordered only one from this promo plan. If I understood correctly the previous posts, my order will be canceled? Or there is any chance for the activation? (I understand if it not possible because of the large numbers of orders) Sorry for the question, It's not a "complain", it's only not clear for me.

Guys IPv6 works, you just have to use the single IP and change the gateway (instead of the subnet)

I've got like 10+ during the flash sale, 2 pending. All i've done so far is update them and then secured them. Most I have some sort of plan for (failover servers, monitoring, replacing NAT vps's)
