Don't know what's going on there - I'll switch routing over to our secondary upstream
It's just a little bit better, at least i don't see below 1 Mbps UL/DL speed, but still below my expectation.

No worries, as I said in your ticket we are looking into more reliable and well-known providers, including Path, but it's out of our budget at the minute. It should be improved in a few weeks.
The 2nd upstream seems limited the Upload speed to only 300 Mbps
