Basement hosting is great, because the hosting owner is willing to put his own peace, quiet and property on the line, in case something goes bad.
The government shall come to his house and knock on his door and kick his kitty, so it would limp till the rest of it's life and lose quality.
I can't connect to the hdd based nat server since last 24hrs. Uptime monitor on ihostart shows all the servers are up. Has ip address or anything else changed?

Depends. Does the starter crank over? Does your battery have charge? Did you try using starter fluid? Does it produce fumes from the exhaust when you try to start it?
