servaRICA - EPYC based NVMe Offers

servarica_haniservarica_hani Hosting ProviderOG

Hi Everyone,

It has been long time since we posted any offer but we have something new here

We have created new infra based on AMD EPYC 7302 CPU and some of the fastest NVMe that we could get hold of

The result are excellent VMs with very good performance and very low pricing ( We specifically worked on disk performance as the underlying technology here (xen) is not very good in providing single VM with good performance (it provide good performance to server as whole but not each vm)

We will keep our old offers the same , we are just offering them on the new infra now

here are the plans and the specs of each plan

NVMe VPS

NVMe Cub/ 4GB/ 2CPU/ 40GB / 4TB transfer on 1gbps / 1x IPv4 / 5$/m-> here
NVMe Cheetah/ 6GB/ 4CPU/ 80GB / 4TB transfer on 1gbps / 1x IPv4 / 7$/m-> here

give it a shot :)

    @yoursunny - Yep, I would have to jump on that offer. It's really good to see Servarica back on LES.

  • I used servarica storage offers in the past - Good service - BUt sadly ended up being a touch to slow CPU for my usecase. Still, for just storage, it works perfectly fine for the pricing. :)

    I am understanding this to mean you are still using Xen, correct?

    Yes we do , Xenserver /Citrix Hypervisor/ XCP-NG is enterprise product that is competing with VMware
    you get alot of enterprise features out of the box that are extremely complexe to implement otherwise
    mainly High Availability , when we do updates or have issues with servers our VMs never go down they are just evicted to diffrent node so it give us the ability to decouple VMs from the physical servers they run on

    The list go on with alot of amazing features and stability

    The storage code on xen is designed for security first and performance second (it gives you alot of security features that honestly i feel are just overkill and i wish they concentrated more on performance over these features )

  • Well, if it helps, it's those sorts of features that mean when I need a new VPS and Montreal is at all an acceptable location, I don't even look anywhere else. I just order from y'all. I've never regretted that workflow.

    I still need to find someone replicating that magic in NY, Chicago, Kanzas City, or similar.
