Plan Information
- Both plans are KVM based
- Only difference is the snapshot slot being included or not, you can upgrade / addon the snapshot slot anytime you wish to.
Operating systems:
- We've got 1-click install templates for AlmaLinux 8/9, Rocky Linux 8/9, CentOS 7/Stream 8, Debian 10/11, various Ubuntu(s) upto 22.04, Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- ISOs for various operating systems and also including Netboot.xyz, GRML and so on, Template for Debian 12 coming shortly.
Also do note, We do not provide licenses for Windows, the customer is responsible for the license on the machine.
Other information
1. SSH Key insert during install support is included
2. In-control panel rDNS support is included
3. Custom ISOs can be requested to be mounted onto your VPS for free as well via ticket.

5. 2Factor Authentication available in billing/client-area and VPS control panel (https://wiki.crowncloud.net/?2factor_authentication_in_crownpanel)

9. Port 25 is openable on request, you may contact us before purchasing with your use case if you want a confirmation/pre-approval that port 25 would be opened after purchasing as well
Point #9 was added on 14/06/2023 (dd/mm/yyyy) as I had forgotten to add this line earlier, customers who have previously purchased the service have been contacted with this information as well.

Just an FYI that, in addition to the Linux OS templates, CrownCloud also provides Incredible PBX VoIP server templates that let you build a full featured PBX with Ubuntu 22.04, Asterisk 20, and FreePBX 16 in a couple minutes. Tutorial available on Nerd Vittles.
