LUXVPS status?

Trying to log into the billing / control panel and getting "Gateway time-out" from cloud flare, nor am I able to ssh into the server.

Anyone know anything or having similar issues?

At the top of the login page there is a note "We are aware of a potentially service impacting issue." but the actual status is hidden behind the login.

Hadn't intended to let the server renew in May, but now I'm regretting that I did.

    RSS is not hidden behind login if you really need it.

    but nothing helpful for you - this was like 40 hours ago... but if this is proxmox issue.

    Indeed it does seem to be back, and I’ve since discovered that while my service is marked Active on the billing page, my server is marked as deleted in the control panel which may explain why I can’t ssh into it. (A further 6 months was paid 25/5)

    Have raised a ticket.

    (And no, no emails … yet)

    Hello,

    Yes we had some ongoing issues lately and updated our billing panel sadly caused some of them, we're still working to fix them all, and luckily most of them should be gone by now.

    The "vacation" is just when there will be an increase reply time but we're still working.

    (Also if anyone has any issues what ever it may be please open a ticket and almost 99% of the time we find a solution to it)

    Why would .xyz be linked with hacking? It isn't .zip you know!

    Also other trash sites are mostly .xyz.
    Usually people use them because they are cheap.
    Which is fine for personal usage, but for a business it's bad branding option.

    I would just stick with the .net.

    It's not like they don't have it :smiley:
