We have previously provided multiple comments, and this will be our final one.
We have not made anything bad. Moreover, we hired an employee who was mentioned in a Reddit thread without having any prior knowledge of his past, as such information is typically not included in a CV. When the thread was posted, we conducted an internal investigation and subsequently decided to separate from the employee due to suspicions. Since then, we have been understaffed in terms of ticketing.

sorry, I seen this notice, and figured it was just bandwidth issues, and skipped the part for the change of IP, as there is no DHCP assignment it means having to reconfigure the system completely, but I have got it working again now as I have been out most of the day
