Does that mean 10 email accounts?
Short answer: Yes
Long answer: Think of it as "login/authentication accounts". You have 1 Admin User Account and can add up to 9 additional users to that plan. When it comes to mail, each user account may authenticate against the SMTP/IMAP Services (If the permissions are set to allow for that.). That said we currently do not limit how many additional "aliases" you can map to a user-account mailbox (ie: sales@, accounting@, support@, office@ can all go to the mailbox of a single "user account"). We also allow you to set up a "catch all" mailbox that maps to a single user account.
I hope this clarifies it a bit for you.

How much does extra bandwidth cost if somebody goes over one month?
As long as it isn't by much (ie: 1 month out of twelve and its not more than double the bandwith for said month) ...then there is no extra charge. If it occurs more often, or the amount is higher then we generally suggest upgrading plans.
