It's a German IP from Hetzner Datacenter.
A good bit did but not much feedback yet. I guess that is positive. Performance wise, there's a thread on LET comparing some popular providers cPanel offerings and we manage to come out ahead :-)
Yes to all except the most crucial for you. At the moment this our only service missing IPv6 support. Unfortunately Hetzner has some strange network configuration that seems to not play well with cPanel. Hetzner has even disabled cPanel installations at the moment due to this on-going issue. I hope when they resolve the matter that it might also explain why IPv6 routing is not working as intended. This does not affect our IPv4 connectivity.
It is a consumer board being Hetzner.
Also worth noting that our plans have changed to the better since the introduction of this post.

I have no feedback, I have just my own observation: bought one cpanel thing (Holy shit I hate cpanel), deployed my website, run it for a day, wasn't any faster than my VirMach VPS in few tests so now it's only idling as I totally prefer VPS root powers.
Didn't bother to investigate why - in theory it should be faster, but maybe my code is so such shit that even putting more CPU won't help, I don't know PHP, it's just code that evolved for years and was shoved some new features on top.
Was too lazy to ask for refund, so enjoy some free dollars from me.
Oh, for actual feedback I can tell: guy running this thing is invested af, my low prio ticket about 'please enable some sane File transfer method' (FTP module wasn't enable in cpanel, fuck cpanel) was responded in mere minutes.

Thank you for sharing some experience with the service. I'd say custom made PHP scripts usually do not gain that much performance from raw CPU performance as it really shouldn't require that much to execute it. However, the benefits probrably grow, as MySQL databases grow. The clear benefit to cPanel/DirectAdmin is the optimization of the webserver in most cases as well as LiteSpeed +LSCache, AccelerateWP and the likes of that. I've seen a great increase in performance using those modules.
