Thanks a lot to all who responded. forgot to mention one important point, I need unlimited traffic (and in half of what was offered above - it is limited). servers are needed for commercial use by a small company of 5 people:)
so if anyone has good suggestions and can share information about a good hosting - please share it

Yes, many companies like Hetzner and its resellers have bandwidth limits. But for example OVH does not.
As for budget, I would like to stay within $20-30/month for the next couple of months/year.
@sh97 Thanks, also not a bad option, but 10gb there start from 20€ (VPS KVM Starter - 10 Gbps) per month, which is within my budget for one server.
@mxmla has servers in Netherlands. With a budget of $20-$30 (€18 - €28) they are pretty attractive.
