We block port 25 by default. We can make exceptions if necessary.

So, let me help you further. We know now (from FAQ on the website) that they block port 25 indeed, but they are willing to make an exception if there's a legitimate reason for that, right?
So what people usually do when they read (ah, you're not here to read... I forgot it) something like this. Ask on the forum how to unblock it? You can't. There's no magic button for you to unblock it.
What you can do is to open a support ticket, explain your use case with polite question if they are willing to unblock it ... and if you don't give the impression of a shady person, spammer, etc .. they may grant your wish.
It's not that hard really, but reading is a crucial part.

Well, its complicated.
Dirt Cheap, Decent Uptime and performance VPS, is like cocaine.
Usually you instant buy these, 10€/y for a VPS with IPv4, is a no brainer.
However, sometimes, how rare it may seem, you are full, of cheap vps.
Same is the abundance, but way more common, for weeks, months, where you crave some cocaine.
But all you get its, overpriced, ovz boxes, sad.
Maybe next month, just maybe.
