I recommend putting the complainers on your "special server" and "special ticket Queue", You know - the server that is cursed that you get to last and the work queue that you do last after satisfying customers who didn't complain within the first 24 hours.
Oh, and any specials that you email to clients during the year leave them off the list. Network notices/server notices - send it to them LAST.
