    They're probably asking because most providers here are US-based and the US has sanctions against Iran, which means that US organizations cannot legally do business in Iran or with Iranian-based people unless they (the US-based org) get a sanctions license. I don't claim to have any special expertise in the matter, but that is my basic understanding of the situation.

    VPSs get created on the least loaded node at the time. There was no guarantee in the offer about which CPU would be used. If you would like to be put on a much more loaded down host then please submit a ticket.
