Hy, we are doing a Spring cleaning and have some server parts that need a new owner 
Owner has to pay the shipping from Romania to he's destination, for the sake of shipping expense I recommend these to find a home in EU.
I will update this tread as we get the parts checked and prepared.
first to find a new owner are 6 x CPU Intel Xeon E5-2640 V3 CPU's. These only work in DDR4 servers

Update, for these CPU shipping in EU is around 50-60 USD.

On eBay one such CPU costs around 8€ + shipping about 15€ in European Union. 6 CPU + shipping is actually cheaper than your shipping and CPUs for free.
If I may suggest: make some low-end servers out of these and give them away while charging just for collocation. One might actually pay for collocation while owning a low-end dedicated server. It is harder to actually get the servers at home, due to shipping costs. Meanwhile for you it is hard to throw away servers that actually work. This way someone does not have to send you servers (avoding shipping) while you don't have to send anyone parts (avoiding shipping again). The only downside is that you have to come up with a low-end collocation offer, as low as possible, as cheap as possible (possibly using HDDs).
I recommend this because people love owning stuff, even though they will never actually get an old server at home due to shipping costs which are more than the server itself, unless hey fall in love with their first server with which they started a successful project or something (the emotional argument outweighing the rational math).
I don't know, this is just an idea.

If you like the idea, you can get it further: build your dedicated server with free parts - but pay just collocation
Present a form: select CPU, select RAM, select HDD, select SSD, select IPv4 (how many), select IPv6 (/64 or /48), select OS, specify partitioning.
Add a note like "you own the hardware" and "setup in 48 hours". Meanwhile some things are free (giveaway old hardware), others keep adding up as "one time" payment. Consumer pays just colocation. Since you are in Romania, you may also add "DMCA allowed". Don't forget to keep it low-end for the fun of it - we love cheap stuff.
The idea is not mine so I don't deserve appreciation. It is somewhat similar to lifetime dedicated from Zap Hosting, only I adapted it to collocation + giveaway. You also need to find a way for consumer to decide what you will do with their hardware if they no longer pay collocation, nor want to pay for shipping.

PS: DCMA allowed, I think I will make another topic on this, as DCMA does not mean Underage PORN, DDOS and a ton of shady stuff as most think, I have the feeling that it got to that point that advertising DCMA allowed/ignored equals abuse.

You better use your hardware before it becomes software.
DMCA is just piracy, as in downloading copyright material. The purpose of DMCA advertisement is to attract the consumers of torrents.
In some countries downloading copyright content is illegal, but DMCA has nothing to do with DDoS, child abuses or hacking. If you get abusers and DDoS attacks originating from your network, simply suspend their accounts until the owner explains the situation in a ticket.

No. It has nothing to do with that. Don't you even dare support the military industrial complex, because such greedy group represents the reason why European Union is involved in 2 wars which are barely held under control. I don't want to support such greedy behavior that ends human lives. I hate wars and murder, whether is for religion of for profit from ammunition.

Who pays for the labor costs for putting together the server?
Shall the customer come to Romania to assemble the server?
P.S. @cociu offers a free lunch to whoever coming to his city and tours his wooden racks, even if it's a customer of his competitor.
