Wordpress hosting panel with staging area?
Hi!
I'm looking for a server administration panel (currently runing CloudPanel on a dedi) but preferably one that allows me to create a staging area for my sites faster. I currently clone them manually.
Thank you.

Softaculous does a good job for that (not sure about their pricing, it comes included with shared/reseller hosting prices).

Thanks! But it needs another server panel like cPanel or DA, am I right? I don't want to use those.
This one looks good!
No command line this time
I'm using Plesk & WP Toolkit

I can also recommend Enhance.

Softaculous supports this for cPanel and DirectAdmin. You can create a stage for an existing installation or set up new ones.
Default will be staging.domain.tld but you can change this to anything you want such as test. You can also disable indexing (Disable Search Engine Visbility) with some success.
A working license is included in many reseller web hosting plans (you stated dedicated but your provider may extend a license given your relative spend).
Going direct, pricing should be $24 a year / $2.50 per month to install on your own dedicated server. VPS is half of this IIRC.
webuzo would be the cheapest

myVesta is free and supports Softaculous.
cyberpanel is better
wow! please follow me!
I almost went with Enhance.
In the end I decided to stay with CloudPanel. It's free, has good UI and easy to use.
I will probably write some scripts for creating staging websites.
Cloudron.. the name came to mind when I was recently updating my post on Server Panels.
This might be close to what you had in mind.

While CloudPanel doesn't offer built-in staging functionality, you can consider: Third-party plugins compatible with CloudPanel that specifically address staging needs. Else, you can look into server management panels known for their robust staging features. Some popular options include: Plesk (https://www.plesk.com/) which often come with user-friendly interfaces for creating and managing staging environments.
