CLOUDIE.SH deadpooled ?

Almost a month ago I asked him to reset my root password because it hasen't working anymore, after they were hacked.
He said yes, he will do it, he activated a new service, idk why and then suspended my VPS for invoice overdue. I open a ticket but not answer, this was almost a month ago, I open a dispute with paypal, same problem, NO ANSWER from him, not I asked paypal to clear the situation I want my money back.

  • Support has been relatively slow, indeed. They probably have a lot on their schedule of forgot about your ticket. Maybe send them a reminder?

  • My ASN and ONIX server are still working, but I seem to have lost the ability to manage them.
    The hacker changed the billing password so that I can no longer login.
    Hypervisor seems to have changed IP address so that I cannot get into Proxmox panel either.

    So far RIPE hasn't deleted my ASN, so that I assume Cloudie hasn't deadpooled.
    However, the end is nigh.

    I did, 2 actualy and another 2 via paypal
