I do have only lifetime services... perhaps they come with lifetime tickets like you said.
I have a couple of these from previous sales, and they are quite useful for those random tiny sites you can set-and-forget! I have not done uptime monitoring or anything, nor put any tickets in, so no feedback in that area. But if you have any static or mostly-static sites, this is a good solution!
@MikePT - please have a look on your nameservers of hosting plans. They don't update even after 6 hours. This caused me so many problems, I moved a domain yesterday to Hurricane Electric (problem fixed) and removed it from the hosting plan. This is just a note, I don't know if others complained too.
Edit: also SSL creation has some issues with regards to wildcard, or generating in EC-521.
