Hi all,
Due to a high priority network upgrade, disconnections may occur on all our services located in Italy on 01/07/2024 from 9.30am CET to 4.30pm CET.

After this maintenance, it will be possible to open tickets to request upgrades to 10Gbps for free.

During maintenance, we will replace one of the main switches and upgrade the backbone between the data center where the servers are located and the one where the main router is located.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,

    The motivation is to want to gradually increase the speed to check if everything will be ok and to avoid saturation of the node port that we could upgrade (at the uplink level we are on 50G)

    Yup.
    I wanted to write it here first to announce the 10Gbps, I already had in mind to prepare and send the email to all customers.
    The email campaign has started, the email should reach everyone within minutes.
