I have hosted my discord bot on oracle cloud free tier for 3 years and it works pretty well.
If 24/7 is not necessary or just testing, something like replit.com works.

AWS has free one year ec2 instance, google has free cloud vps, Oracle has free cloud VPS. Azure has free instance that you can renew every 12 months as long as you can verify student status.
