Before I commit to a 3 month purchase, I can't find any reviews outside of reddit/discord for HammerVM.com - does anyone have experience with this host? Will I get scammed?

Watch that shitshow for yourself, not everything was archived, but there were some pedophilia allegations down the line from what I remember. He got access to PC back this year, he was ordered by court to not use after he got convicted.
That thread was amazing, especially after his "auditor" came in and said he has 20 years experience but only dealings he had were with Minecraft servers, I couldn't stop laughing.

Do they operate legally? Will I get the ordered product after payment? That is my main concern, as for the other stuff, I didn't even see anything of relevance there, it's a VPN by the same company I think, but the VPN is still live: https://vpnaas.org/

A brand new company with registered offices at a ghost address, run by someone who was banned here and has a ... chequered history and they don't even offer particularly good deals.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off rude or anything.
I was specifically interested in their high uplink packages with fair usage - I got some clarification in their discord, their staff said Fair Usage essentially is to not use up 100% of your uplink for extended periods, they also noted if that is breached, the automatic response is to limit uplink by 30-60% for an hour, which is actually the best deal I've seen for our use case.
The whole reason I made this thread is because HammerVM was recommended to me, and I've actually spoken to them via tickets and got a lot of info that supports exactly what we need, and also, after seeing their hardware ('Our Hardware' page), I am more comfortable knowing they aren't reselling, which is good, bcus I dont want a hetzner ;(
Also, @ahnlak, dedicated resources, for as cheap as that, is a damn good deal, so can you tell me whats so bad about the deal? If the hardware doesn't match the price, then it makes sense, idk about that stuff.

Just a word of warning, if you're willing to listen: if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. There must be a reason why it's difficult for other providers to offer the same thing. In the end, it doesn't matter what they say they provide if they don't actually provide it. Whether that means they don't actually deliver what you order or you run into problems later on.
