20% off recurring on any DirectAdmin shared/reseller/crate plan for annual & biennial billing only. This is on top of the discounts those annual/biennial plans already come with.
the huge addition of the eM Client license is awesome, I been looking for a client to replace Thunderbird due to its handling (or not so much of) of inline images, not displaying them and showing them as attachments only, and eM Client seems to handle perfectly,
it is a Business license that works out like 40% more expensive than the lifetime payment just for one year. as much as I hate having to purchase subscription based software over lifetime, it was one of the reasons I never looked at the originally, but this offer was a huge bonus!

Hmm, 3 licenses per domain. Wonder how many domains these plans include 🤔
@NameCrane is disk usage calculated as compressed or uncompressed? I have 1.5GB worth of mail after migrating from purelymail, it seems they were reporting that incorrectly, even looking at my backups. but the usage on the services page only reports 0.44GB while SmarterMail reports 1.5GB

I would assume it's reporting uncompressed. Do you have some files uploaded?

PurelyMail compresses I think, I remember seeing it in their pricing calculator thing. I believe SmarterMail shows uncompressed.
One thing to note though is that it periodically indexes and calculates storage, so if you just moved a bunch it may take a little bit to do another run and calculate usage.

Awesome. This will probably speed up the process in future if you need to - Domain Settings -> Accounts, then you can select one and recalculate disk size. I haven't checked docs but I figure the storage tally runs on a ~24hr cron.

Is it possible to setup a sub domain for catchall?
Any mail that goes to a non-existing mailbox on @spam.domain.com gets forwarded to [email protected]
You can manually add domain aliases to the account, so you could create an alias for sub.domain.com (without using up 1 of the 15 primary domains), and then configure a catchall alias for that subdomain towards one of the mailboxes.
Ok, i have created a domain alias for sub.domain.com
How do i add a catchall alias for sub.domain.com only?

FYI for those using imapsync and these accounts https://imapsync.lamiral.info/FAQ.d/FAQ.SmarterMail.txt
I used it without any of these options and the sync went perfect for all folders
mine wouldn't sync completely from non-smartermail/cranemail to smartermail/cranemail but those switches made it work fine

oh, SmarterMail was showing the correct information, it was the main product page that didnt.
Does the em client expire if the namecrane service expires?
they seems to get issued as 12 month subscription codes, I am guessing they will automatically renew if you plan renews or is lifetime.
Already stacked two mxroute plans, now hesitating one more lifetime.
Ok, i have created a domain alias for
sub.domain.com
How do i add a catchall alias for sub.domain.com only?
a domain alias mirrors the settings for the base domain, so the base domain will need to have catch all enabled
Thanks for the tip. It looks like i need to add the subdomain as a primary domain since i don't want to enable catchall on the base domain.
