If i hate anyone for this BF, it must be @host_c
most deals sold in (milli) seconds,
i got plenty of time for 3tb deal but didn't buy because i expected a 5tb deal from him but nope....
And for your point of fees eating up money...consider using Binance Pay...AFAIK no fees, easy to integrate
not sure you can setup or not, but if you use UPI for Indian customers, thats also free
Some may know that we've been at war with HOST-C since 2023 due to DDoS attacks at 45.142.157.169.
Starting this year, based on our observation, our attitude toward HOST-C has changed toward positive.
They seem to provide affordable storage products with reasonable reliability as backups.
We hereby announce that we have called a truce with HOST-C, and we have unbrothered Florin.
Now waiting $7/year dealz.

When you wrote me, i did not expect this, I did expect some sort of an apology for the DDOS claims, of witch I do not even give a 0.10 USD. I wrote you that problem was not the DDOS claim, but stating that we would sell customer data and the fact that we bash other RO providers, while the later was a misunderstanding by you , it actually was only to help Florian out, but it depends on how you look at things.
I guess as this is as good as what I am going to get out of you.
Hereby I call truce with the IPV6/9 advocate. Remember 1 thing, I forgive but do not forget .
Regarding the 2 kids, I have nothing with either of them, tried to help as much as I could both. My personal input on the matter ( the 0.10 USD ) is that in a way I kinda miss them, both have to learn a lesson from mistakes, hope they did learn theirs.
Now, as I read around the forums in your post's, you being a fan, do you need a /48 over a /127? on a promo service?
@mayiprint said: May I ask where the new location is planned? I’m really looking forward to these updates.
I will prefer not to say, since it got delayed 2 times already, better just throw the dealzz when it will be active, and announce after. that is 100% how it will be.
And yes, on the longer run you can migrate your actual VPS to the "secret new" location at some point, how, that remains to be seen.

Guys, get over the 5TB deal, and the 10TB one, those are legendary, will not be sold, we already started to give serial numbers to some of them.
Understand that we cannot do that on newer hardware, and we will not get more V4, we cannot, nor want to sell whatever CPU with a lower score of 650 / vCore in GB6.
24 Bay 2U servers are expensive, so is 64GB / dimm DDR4 @ 2666 or above and SAS drives aren't cheaper these days.
We try to maintain a lower price, but if we do not make 1 buck / product, you will see us on the RIP list and then you will get tickets to find cociu & host-c .
What I can promise is
Reliability, Stability and Performance. ( storage wise, as that is what we sell )
I came back recently and had no idea who @host_c was - I honestly thought he was Cociu in disguise (with Grammarly) at first.
But I got one of the 1TB promos, and straight away I knew he was different with the superb support, speed, and performance. Wishing for further success! Awesome services
@dev said: I knew he was different with the superb suppor
THX, I think some might say otherwise, we try to do the most we can, support is via 2 fellas, me and 1 minion, as the 3'rd one I cannot let him near the keyboard, as you said, not even GPT5.0 + Grammarly can help him out
But he's NET skills are awesome, so I am not complaining.
I like when providers make a thread like this. It gives members a place to talk about a provider and keeps all the info in one place so other can find or reference it.

After 6+ months with a Pioneer 5TB thingy (for my daily offsite backups), there's really nothing to bitch or complain about. Let's just hope it stays this way - happy customers' money flowing in, nasty-noisy neighbours left at the door.

NO hints my friend, just little patience. I can confirm that this will be the last RO location when it will be full.
Whatever comes after that, I have no clue....

one could say the same about being teased with $1 IPv6 deals and being left with blue balls. 🥵
Any 7usd/yr - 1 TB?

By the way, we are preparing some nice stuff for existing customers, so if some see a kernel panic, do not panic, power off and power back on

Interesting what you call nice stuff A kernel panic would destroy the 100% uptime!
Seriously though, thanks for the great service and great prices!
cpu_logger | Recommended providers: Layer7, dataforest (Avoro/PHP-Friends), @host_c
Well not always, usually from older gen cpu to newer gen cpu no kernel panic doing live migrations, but we saw that 4 out of 100 can give this.
Just giving out the Santa Presents to random folks early ( try migrating 300 TB over night... a no go bro )
