But if PHXZ004 was one of the broken nodes I expect that would be re-set up in Los Angeles as well. If not, then IDK.

There was some major miscommunication with the datacenter provider for this location, which resulted in a major outage with no clear ETA for resolution. We were finally able to resolve this problem, however, it took longer as it was escalated to the management team with the provider. The data will be migrated. We anticipate up to 8 hours of downtime, between approximately 8AM and 8PM PST. After the migration, you should reconfigure your network and/or utilize the new IP address manually inside your operating system.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are processing these migrations as we are unsure if we will be continuing the Phoenix location due to recent issues in that location.

I just noticed that my credits vanished. I looked bills and there was one open bill with due date end of the month where those credits were applied. It wasnt fully paid since there were not enough credits. I wonder why they were applied since its says that bills are paid automatically only 3 days before due date: Recurring Service! Your invoice will be attempted to be charged 3 days before the due date, using your ending in on file with us, unless a cancellation request is placed.
What happens to those credits if I cancel that server? Are they gone or automatically refunded to my account?

IIRC the "Your invoice will be attempted to be charged 3 days before the due date" applies to monthly contracted services.
Services that are contracted yearly have always been billed 30 days in advance of the due date.
