We recently had a conversation on this it was 30th anniversary of a certain event, and it fell on same date, same time. I was aware of a 11 year cycle- date/day combo is the same typically every 11 years, however, a friend (former classmate) pointed out that it was much more than that/ Posting his reponse below. Almost seems like this post was written by Virmach...

11 years in many cases but it gets tricky due to the leap years. If year Y has Dec 13 on a Friday and it is a leap year, the day and date will repeat in a cycle, 6 years later, then 11 years later, then 6, then 5 and the cycle restarts. So usually 28 years later is a definite yes

Just created a formula to make it simpler:
    Y mod 4 =1, N=6
    Y mod 4 = 2, N=11
    Y mod 4 = 3, N=5
    Y is a leap year, N=6

Made me realize that as I have aged, I have gotten dumber. I had to look up the formula to remember what Y mod 4 means.

But... we're unsure about how to distribute these promocodes.

    Best looking avatar ?

Seriously, you are giving them away, so you can pretty much do it how ever you want.
    Caveats:
    1. It has to be done publicly in this thread.
    2. We would prefer if it was not a spam contest. [One comment per entry is fine ]

If you have doubts DM me for an OK before hand.
