Good deal, but I'm not sure if DartNode will handle the transfer promptly. When I tried to transfer my VDS, my ticket went unanswered for about a month. It ended up in a refund.
I got transferred a VPS and transferred out a Dedicated server, both went just fine. Yeah, they take a bit to handle those, most likely due to holidays.
