Business internet providers in Romania

Hi, anyone from Romania?
I need a cheap internet connection here with static ipv4 or at least ipv6, what's recommended, orange or digi?
Upload/download speeds dont matter.
From what i've understood, you need a PFA or registered business-srl, etc to get a static ip.
Is there any provider that doesnt have such requirements?
Also, it is possible to register a 'pfa' to offer webhosting services or you need to do it at least under SRL? Are you required to have certifications for pfa?

    I was not aware one can't get a fixed IP from internet service providers in Romania. Maybe @host_c can offer a low-end server, and use their VPS as VPN for its fixed IP.

    @secure - you forgot to mention why you need a fixed IP. Are you in Romania and look for an internet service provider offering fixed IP? (why?) Or you simply need a server located in Romania with a fixed IP (which almost all providers offer worldwide)?

    For a VPS or dedicated server with a fixed IP, you do not need to be a PFA (sole trader) or SRL (LLC), nor do you need any special certifications just to run a website or web services.

    Those requirements apply only if you want to sign a direct internet contract (landline connection) with a Romanian ISP (like Orange or Digi) in the name of a business and specifically request static IPs on such a residential or business connection.

    For hosting services (VPS, dedi, etc.), you can purchase from providers as a private person, no business entity required.

    If you plan to start a business offering hosting services, then you’d indeed need to register as at least a PFA or SRL.

    A PFA can absolutely do web hosting, no problem.

    You will need some specific certifications for being a PFA in IT/web hosting. But without more details, I cannot give you a correct answer.

    If you’re thinking of starting a business, feel free to share more details so I can help clarify what legal form might suit you best.

    LLC = SRL
    Registered Sole Trader = PFA

    I will highly urge not to do a PFA, they are taxed based on Total Revenue, and that can go as high as 67% depending on the yearly total income, for the moment, GOV kinda killed it. Also, for PFA you will need to be a Romanian Citizen
