San Jose beta testing is complete. Thank you for testing this location though we have decided not to continue using this provider. As this was stated from the outset that this location is a beta test, then no compensation will be forthcoming.
This location began as the Chicago location fell into decline and if you chose to use services in Chicago as a failover solution for San Jose, then you needed better resiliency planning.
Still no news from the man, whom assures us: "We can confirm that this is not an issue with any servers, network, or power equipment on our end", servers are offline but still running well at the bottom of the sea. When uptime becomes optional too. This is really a joke. It's not even suitable for a DEV~ Low-End-I-quit!

Maybe
1. The DC was swallowed up by a earthquake?
2. Flooded by a sudden flood?
3. @VirMach's credit card got declined and the DC sold the servers to recuperate the cost?
4. DC is in a third world country and are having power outage + no diesel for backup generators?
5. The network cable to DC got eaten by a rodent?
Never make the same mistake twice. There are so many new ones to make.
It’s OK if you disagree with me. I can’t force you to be right.
