If I was @VirMach I would feel so genuinely guilty that I had not got customers vms back up and running after A MONTH.
I would have kept my customers informed as to what and why things are happening. I would NOT just disappear. I would answer tickets that have been in the queue 'for human response' as quickly as possible.
This has gone beyond a joke and really as much as I dislike saying this, unless there is a rapid and positive change within (lets be generous) 2 weeks Virmach should be considered deadpool and suffer all the negativity that goes with it.
AMD018 has been off for so long and other nodes are acting like a yoyo.
