Already been litigated. At issue is whether you're being a dick by calling them a disgrace in giant lettering. It's a fair question. Would you consider that a personal attack if I called you a disgrace?

The rule is simple but easy to misinterpreted. If you are bothering other forum users, that's where the issue comes in. If you post 100 posts here complaining, all good. Just avoid AI generated (clown) images and using headers unnecessarily.
For your info the hash is there for content writers to create headers and sections in their post. If you are making a tutorial for someone, you'll find it helpful to have header tags as well. They are not for use inside posts.

Also "Virmach is the dick" to me falls short because only people can a dick. Corporations can have shitty behavior, etc.. but being a dick requires a singular entity and corporations are plural. Tesla cannot be a dick. Elon Musk can. Tesla can be dicks though.
