As expected - inflation is going wild and the only ones who don't increase their prices are those who can't (like school teachers :) ).

The announcement with the new pricing:

So, even as a legacy owned license holder support&updates now incurr a fee (or was it like that before already?). Since my owned license has been idling for years, how can I make sure I'll not be billed for support and updates?

Thanks for the headsup @bikegremlin :)

For existing owned license holders: Support & Updates pricing will remain unchanged through December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, the new pricing will take effect.

The Owned had always had subscription, but it was $39 until this increase.

I think you'll need the subscription in order to get the new version to install, if you decide to.

Reached out via ticket to confirm, as I've been away from Blesta for a long time.

Not bad still. At least it's not per-account like WHMCS.

    Reply from support:

You have a Lifetime license so support and updates renewal does not apply. You can upgrade to all future releases without purchasing a plan. You will not be charged anything.

    All the best

There still are. For around $1200 one-time payment.
Edit: that is $1300 (the '99 pricing trick got me! )

That is ten more years of annual updates if prices double (and 20 according to current pricing).
