Low Cost / High Quality Web Hosting Providers
Which web hosting providers are generally considered to be low cost but high quality? In other words, they don't have a history of issues and preferably have an excellent reputation of uptime, good service, and being in business for a considerable time.
If possible, please mention their monthly/annual cost for a very basic, low space, plan.
TIA

You are talking about ExtraVM @MikeA
@cam also offers shared web hosting, see the corresponding tab here: https://hosting.gullo.me/pricing
IIRC, that's BuyShared servers. I have a package, but it's fully idle at the moment, so can't show a ping check.
$7 $6 per year.

Namecrane from @Francisco
Extravm from @MikeA
They are pretty solid and very reasonable pricing

No such thing.
You can only pick two. If you think you can pick all three, you are being screwed.
So, if you can live with less fast support, or not the top performance (or some other downsides), then yes, there are many choices and I'm sure some posted in this thread might give you a great experience.
