Hello LowEndSpirit! Take a look at our first offer!

serverpointserverpoint Hosting Provider

Our first offer on LowEndSpirit!

Some time ago, we introduced ourselves on LowEndSpirit, but we’d love to reconnect and answer any questions you might have about us. Feel free to ask in the comments!

Our Six Data Centers

  • Santa Clara, California: Hosted at Equinix, with network provided by Zayo and Cogent
  • Las Vegas, Nevada: Our main facility, hosted by Flexential, with network provided by Cogent and Zayo
  • Dallas, Texas: Hosted at Equinix's Infomart facility, with network provided by Cogent and HE
  • Ashburn, Virginia: Hosted at RagingWire (now NTT), with network provided by Cogent and NTT
  • Amsterdam, Netherlands: Hosted at Interxion (now Digital Realty), with network provided by NTT and Cogent
  • Singapore: Hosted at Equinix, with network provided by Telstra, PCCW and public peering via SGIX

A Reliable Infrastructure

All our hypervisors use dual fiber connections to separate switches, ensuring your virtual servers remain online even during switch maintenance or failure. These switches link to redundant core routers, each with its own Internet provider, so connectivity is maintained even if a router or provider goes down.

Using Ceph storage, we can live migrate virtual servers during upgrades or move them if a hypervisor fails, keeping disk I/O uninterrupted. We own all of our infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers, and have operated our ASN 26277 for over twenty years.

Renewals at same rate

The prices you see are the prices you keep. When it’s time to renew, your plan will stay at the same price and term as when you signed up.

Got YABS for AMD?

We sure do! Please read these notes though:

Network "speed test" results vary by location, based on latency due to distance or how busy these public iperf servers may be at the time...

Network port is limited to 1.2gbps for sending, but not for receiving and disk I/O is limited to 1.2GB/s in order to minimize "bad neighbor" issues.

Note: "VM type" is KVM, but due to Hyper-V enlightenments , YABS detects it as Microsoft virtualization.

  • Have been using the Xeon storage for a while and it was good experience. Love the Ryzen but 300GB in Singapore is unbeatable.

Yes! We have so much capacity in Singapore that we are paying for but not using... so, we thought we'd give a generous amount away. :)

Unfortunately, no. But if you pay for a year or three years and our service doesn't fit your needs, let us know and we'll just simply refund it back. No risk. :)

Yes, during the order process, it can be changed. But not once the server has been running for some time. We will most likely introduce a way to do that in a later release of our portal. :)

  • I have been with @serverpoint for over a year with different types of their offers and I can say I am very happy with them with the excpetion of their payments, if you have an open invoice no matter a day or twenty you are unable to format any of your vps's until that invoice is paid. Other then that, the uptime has been for my vps's at least is 100%, I don't even recall any outages planned or otherwise.

    My 2 cents.

Yes, we've heard this before from our clients. We plan on adding a delay, such as, only disallow actions if the invoice is due after, say, 10 days, for example. Would that reduce the inconvenience?
