Which one are you - Russia, China, or Brazil?
I will save you some time reading the terms to figure out why.
Probably,you are in CN, BR, VN, IR, RU or you are using a proxy or VPN to register or some other host put your email address on fraud record or maxmind or you used a disposable email?

Ah, forgot about Iran and Viet Nam.
We are considering lifting the ban on everyone but IR and RU for legal reasons, the difference will be that people in VN, BR, CN region will get less free tokens, enough for a day or so only.
