Which one are you - Russia, China, or Brazil?
I will save you some time reading the terms to figure out why.

We are considering lifting the ban on everyone but IR and RU for legal reasons, the difference will be that people in VN, BR, CN region will get less free tokens, enough for a day or so only.

hehe, its a bit different when you run a hosting company and your phone number is available to everyone on lowend* that said, When i started Inception, the phone number was there, it was ... interesting, i got to hear a lot of new languages, one guy rang about 60 times in a single day because his VPS was running out of ram when he ran something that clearly could not fit in to the 256mb he was paying 2 USD for.
If I was an individual or consultant and it was on my contact/CV, sure, why not.
