Any way to get in touch with OVH for an urgent billing issue?
I have my server and domain with OVH on autopay. I just noticed that the autopay got "stuck" on the first of the month and says "processing" and has no bill associated with it. The server is supposed to be paid in the first, I got no cancellation notices and is working as usual. But the domain stopped working and is set to expire in a few days - worried I'm already too late since DNS stopped working on it. I'm worried I'll lose both of them. I can't see any way to pay the bill because the invoice is "processing".
I did send a ticket last night but I've seen some bad things about support times, is the phone support only for sales or can they forward on billing issues like this too? Also worried they may not understand the issue that no bill was created for me to pay.

Maybe also try transferring the domain out, see if it'll go through fast enough so you keep it/maybe it triggers something on OVH's end and you can pay

Update, anyone experiencing billing issues with OVH, they are reachable for these issues via the phone. They picked up quickly and looked into it. Looks like no chance of me losing the server as the invoice was never generated, and you only get suspension notices after the invoice is generated. Still not sure about the domain though. They're claiming it's due to me not updating my contact information for the domain which is not correct. I don't recommend OVH as a registrar given this experience.
A long time ago their phone support was always the best way to get real help. Good that it's still true.
I remember ages ago when I used them for a lot of servers, I had an issue where they weren't generating invoices for a service. It went on for a year or two I think, was getting free service. Eventually I cancelled the server affected and never got billed for it. Guessing if I didn't cancel it would have never been caught, or I would have been billed upfront for 1-2 years randomly lol.

LOL if I didn't have a domain name service in the back of my mind I was wondering if this would have happened, crazy that you never got billed! I would have been too nervous it would have been randomly cancelled or have gotten a huge bill out of nowhere, you rolled the dice for sure!
I've never called phone services for something like this before and the website was making it sound like it was more of a sales number so I was pleasantly surprised they were able to help.
It's too bad that they're still having this issue with the invoices not being generated though - when the renewal for domain names gets wrapped up in this billing bug you can lose your domain.
