Servers are going to be picked up this week and physically moved. Once they reach another facility, there will be migrations to the nearest available location which in this case will likely end up being Tokyo. Services' duration will be extended and then will return online. We'll email with more details once the plan gets moving with more solid dates. We'll only move people to either (1) stable nodes on Tokyo with ~200+ days uptime, or (2) new ones that have been sitting there. If we run out of space, there is some left in Los Angeles. It's possible a few nodes will be placed physically in Los Angeles, same server, just will receive a new IP address.
There will be some version (in the email) of how you can indicate another location preference.
I do apologize for how long it's taken. I'll share some more details here with the community AFTER the work has been completed. I'm providing this update now because I received an important confirmation yesterday.
Crossing my fingers to finally get back onto Virmach Tokyo. Albeit finding a new, stable SJ provider is going to be annoying.
I’m posting here to see if anyone else is experiencing issues getting affiliate commissions paid by VirMach, or if a VirMach representative can finally help look into my case.
I currently have an available affiliate balance of $143.85 USD, which has been eligible for withdrawal for a long time. Despite promoting VirMach for several years, we have not been able to successfully withdraw commissions even once since 2022.
Over the past months (and years), I have repeatedly submitted withdrawal requests and opened support tickets. Unfortunately, each ticket remains unanswered for weeks, and eventually gets closed or buried without any response.
This is my latest attempt to resolve the issue transparently and publicly, as private tickets and emails have led nowhere so far.
Details:
• Affiliate ID: 9729
• Current Ticket ID: #495930
• Ticket Status: Open (no response for weeks)
I have always followed the affiliate Terms of Service strictly, and all referrals are legitimate. I’m not trying to create drama — I’m simply asking to receive the commission that was earned.
If a VirMach staff member is active here, I would really appreciate your assistance.
Some creditors seem impatient to get their money repaid before it's too late.
Maybe any big financial firm is willing to collect the commission on behalf, if the owners provide permission and fees.
Normal debtors would place a bunch of cash in public and invite any creditor who is pessimistic to reclaim the money and interests, just to show debtors are well in cash flow. So I'm eager to watch how vir will react? To pay or not to pay?

@VirMach
trurnp says greenIand belongs to the unlted states
putln says ukralne belongs to russla
The world has gone to the dogs
but, and, now, @STEVEN_JOE says $143.85 belongs to him
I’m not claiming ownership of anything arbitrarily.
The balance is shown as available for withdrawal in the VirMach affiliate system, and has been for a long time.
The issue isn’t whether it “belongs” to me — the issue is that every support ticket about this has gone unanswered for years.
A simple clarification or response from VirMach would resolve this instantly.
I am also owed an affiliate payment.
