GREAT NEWS!! NETWORK UPDATE!

As always, we have upgraded our network. This is to improve latency in Europe and around the world. It is something we want to improve and intend to improve even further. We said we would do it, we did it, and here it is. Our goal is to offer our customers and partners a better network, support, and reliable services with the best possible network. That is why we recently connected another Tier 1 ISP (Telia) to our network.

Starting today, we have better routes to Europe and the rest of the world. At least much more stable than the old one.

Network update: we now have direct connectivity to Arelion (ex Telia Carrier). The network is now backed by 2× Tier-1 upstreams for better route diversity and resilience.

What this means in practice:
• shorter routes + fewer hops
• lower latency on key EU / US / Asia paths
• more consistent throughput under load

    We can't do more like that. We probably can do but rarely.
    The RAM prices are increasing, disk increasing. We don't expect the prices lowering.

    That plan was available during years. Maybe someone can transfer to you? For now, we don't have any ETA to be available again.

    I don't recommend this service; it's extremely unreliable. Today, they left me without a server and didn't even give me access to download my accumulated data from four years of renting their server. They blocked me for spam, even though I explained to them that my program had been hacked and was probably sending spam. They didn't even let me see the logs. Anyone can get hacked.

    There are a few backups, but not of the entire system and not the most recent ones. I couldn't even imagine that they would block access to the server. The essence of the problem is different.

    From within Romania I get 60-80ms ping from Moldova and Bucharest, but 40ms from Netherlands and UK.

    I suppose it goes through Germany, then all the way back to Moldova. Stupid but that's how the internets (kind of) work
