First time customer. Good experience on my end so far. Network looks great, although the disk IOPS seems capped.

A profession is a job that someone gets paid to perform. The client here is not being paid, so calling him “unprofessional” does not really apply. On the other hand, you are being paid to provide a service, which makes you the professional party in this situation.

    From that perspective:

    • It is unprofessional to accept crypto payments but not properly keep track of the associated wallets or transactions.
    • It is unprofessional for a client to have to repeatedly ask for proof and wait days before the service is activated.
    • It is unprofessional to receive payment and fail to activate the service in a timely manner.

Most importantly, it is unprofessional for a hosting company representative to call a customer “unprofessional” simply because they brought the issue to a public forum after being unable to resolve it through normal channels.

If a customer feels they have exhausted support tickets without resolution, raising the issue publicly is often the only way to get attention to the problem or obtain a refund.

however this isn't true at all he spammed several tickets and never provided a TXID for about almost a week how can i give him a service without proof he paid? where is your logic?

Second accepting crypto is perfectly find and legal. Exchanges are legal to provide real life cash so this also debunks your statement.

And third Yes, clients can be unprofessional google this yourself...

I never said you are solely to blame for the service delay. My point is that the unprofessional behavior on your side was not keeping proper track of transactions and repeatedly asking the user for a TXID instead of having a reliable system to verify payments.

I never claimed crypto is illegal. Are you sure you read my post carefully? What exactly are you trying to debunk here?

A paying client can be unprofessional under strict conditions (e.g., harassment, lying about payments, violating terms), but @David92obito did not meet any of those. Yes, he called your company a scam, but given that payment was made and service was not activated in a timely manner, his concern was valid. Without posting publicly, he may never have received his service.

Since we are aiming for a professional discussion, I’d like to ask:
    1. What went wrong with this payment that prevented you from tracking the transaction properly?
    2. How will you ensure that future clients (paying via crypto or other forms of payment) will have their service activated promptly without needing to submit multiple tickets or post publicly?

If you want information, feign ignorance reply with the wrong answer. Internet people will correct you ASAP!

1:) Some billings panels do things differently i can't just strip out there code and change stuff I'm sure we both know this. Plus i receive a lot of transactions it just faster if he provides a txID in general to confirm more stuff on my end it not a problem to cross check TXID+INVOICE given there's a bug its actually smarter to do this.
2:) He actually got a reply pretty fast he just didn't give us a screenshot or TXID for several days (almost a week) i do not see how this is my fault he was asked several transaction for a simple TXID which is simple especially for crypto he could've gotten it same day especially but refused and instead spammed ticket. (Without posting publicly, he may never have received his service.) there's a person above that received it this just doesn't add up for a number of reasons.
3:) Him spamming tickets & forum at same time imo is kinda unprofessional who needs to open 5 tickets + spam mods dm's here and post in here when just asked for 1 TxID which would sort it all i am sorry it's just not called for.
