Fraud prevention using statistical analysis is not racism.

I understand, but it can be if a lot of IPs from my country are blacklisted doesn't mean that all of us will be going to order services with bad intentions
the truth is I don't understand why providers need to use a fraud prevention system can someone explain to me, please

to my mind order a service pay for it use it with respect to providers TOS where is the fraud

the truth is I don't understand why providers need to use a fraud prevention system can someone explain to me, please

to my mind order a service pay for it use it with respect to providers TOS where is the fraud

Because quite literally 30% of all orders if not more are from people with malicious intent, stolen PayPal accounts, credit card details, running bot nets, DDOS, spam, child p0rn0gr4py if there was no bar for entry then the service would be rendered unusable in < 3 months.

Please don't throw the racist card in here it just makes you sound ignorant, frankly calling something racist when it is in no way based in race but in fact statistics is in itself closer to being racist.

Your order was ACTUALLY blocked by maxmind for the following reasons, I say reasons, I mean data points.

High Risk Country: No (green flag)
High Risk Email Address: No (green flag)
Email is anonymous/disposable: yes (red flag)
Confidence in the country is accurate: 30% (red flag)
Confidence in the City being correct: 30% (red flag)

Additionally, your address seems to be partial, e.g. the street name, city name and region name you entered are all identical which now I have gone over it and checked it is the address of a HUGE area and places which is no doubt what put you over the edge in terms of the minimum score for not automatically allowing the order through.

All of that combined with that fact that your ISP may need to get its s*it together in terms of their geolocation is what caused the issues, the information you provided, the free disposable email address and the failure to provide an accurate address. On one of your previous attempts, you put your address in as being in a US state in and African Country using a Russian disposable email address.

Then on top of all of that, I have just done a search for orders over the past 12 months from your country, at LEAST 80% have gone through without being blocked.

So before throwing up the toxic racist nonsense, get your own house in order before lashing out at others, please. this is simple cause and effect and it is not personal or in any way racist.

I will agree that 'fraud' is a bad word to use, that is the system though I don't have the power to change it, the correct word would be "increased risk"

Edit: I should have said, I hope this helps you understand the situation and gives you some tips on what you can do to make your own experience a better one in the future with other hosts.

fake address, partial address, disposable mail
you being flagged isnt because of your country, its your ignorant of not reading terms and condition and AUP before register.
vendor set out rules specifically to search for particular type of customer, and to filter those who are not.

in te case of inception hosting, your country isnt even in their banned list. they have two countries banned.

I am trying my best to ignore stupid comments but some OP's are really annoying for some reason they get involved in everything
the order @AnthonySmith talked about is the black Friday deal, not the recent order the email address I used is mail.ru it is a Russian email provider, not disposable mail the address is auto-filled by chrome for some reason chrome pick my Algeria address as Alabama state I never corrected this, and I just forget about that account after flagged as fraud where I reorder Christmas deal
    with new account
now no one here can tell me that he is going to fill her info carefully and read the providers TOS and verify if he has never opened an account before with another email must of us get surprised when signing up for a new provider to get a message that an account exists before with that email address must of us rent VPS for idle just because we can't resist
in this black Friday I ended up with 9 VPS I have no use for them
only when you buy something high priced for production use you will probably pay attention to the details

On the contrary, this is exactly what we can tell you: the rules apply to you as well.

"A single swap file or partition may be up to 128 MB in size. [...] [I]f you need 256 MB of swap, you can create two 128-MB swap partitions." (M. Welsh & L. Kaufman, Running Linux, 2e, 1996, p. 49)

On the contrary, my Maghrebian friend. I always fill in my information very carefully. Because there is no reason to fill in wrong information AND because I wouldn’t want my order to get marked as fraud.

And you should always read the terms of service, I know I do. Just skim it, but I at least want to know about cpu usage et al.
