Cheap Plesk license

I am looking for cheapest plesk license
netsys-online.com was changed to aihoster.com and their prices have increased from the last time I used them in 2015

"PLESK WEB PRO EDITION" is the license I am looking for, any pointers?

I found this https://www.hetzner.com/add-on-product/matrix but looks like Hetzner only sells them with dedicated servers (not VPS licenses), regardless created a ticket with them to see if they can do it

    OpenProvider is designed for resellers, but offers them with about ~20% discount (bi-annually, compare to Plesk website). Probably only worth it if you already have an OpenProvider account (starts at 49€/year).

    Be Aware and stay away from Cheap Nulled License. There are tons.

    I went with AIHoster.com (previously netsys-online.com)
    Can't find cheaper than that

    I wish Hetzner start selling Plesk licenses for their cloud @Hetzner_OL, I get "Unfortunately, we do not provide Plesk licenses for cloud servers." when I contacted them via ticket
