Probably this. The Netherlands is a tiny but densely populated country. This means ground prices are high, especially in Amsterdam. That's why server housing is a good bit more expensive in Amsterdam or Rotterdam than it is outside the big cities.

Leaseweb (Haarlem - 0.4 ms from Amsterdam), Serverius (Dronten 1.5ms from Amsterdam) and Worldstream (Naaldwijk, 1.5ms from Amsterdam, 0.3ms from Rotterdam) are cheaper because they're not in Amsterdam.

Edit: And, needless to say, connectivity is equally good.

32.64 US Dollars after both discounts for 1 GB. Regular price 4 US Dollars/ month . Effectively 68 % of monthly.
checks out with 48 * .8* .85

Indeed, Thanks for the info as well, just try to apply the code for upgrading and eventually i already somehow used another 20% discount code before, so no much difference for me, unless i want to upgrade to the next tier, still a great offer!

The upgrade may require manual adjustment.
Ticket would be the way to go.

Best to check with @seriesn , but I would do the following:
a. Place the order, not pay (if code does not apply)
b. Raise a ticket, mention the discount code
c. Wait for the readjustment

Rinse and repeat (optional)
