At the moment no RAID, currently just running as separately mounted disks, so I think the NVMe speeds are "OK" (but I'm not expert). Apparently using Kingston KC2500 disks.

I haven't added every server I have benchmarked in the last few months, but none of them have come close to beating Hostdoc until recently, which is pretty amazing.
I could be wrong but I believe the Mhz value is taken from what the CPU is reporting at time of test, not max - so if it's scaled down due to no load then it'll be a lower value.
Edit: just ran it consecutively and values varies so I assume it's actual value at time of running:
