    Gave us back our mony
Or gave us the vps that it only left 25 days frome it!
    Just what the heck!!

My opinion, he has the point and the right to be angry.

He bought the service, he paid it and he must get his vps regardless whatever his race.

Sorry, please stop stereotyping everyone with that mjj word.

As long the system allows him to pay, he has the right to have the service.

If a provider can't serve the service, they must give full refund.

Hi there, I created three orders, after paid, it refund, and now my virmach account couldn't create any new order or ticket, more info in ticket no.420214 ( as my account couldn't open a new ticket, I replied to elder ticket that automatically created by system), pls help me at your earliest conveniencem, thanks.

I'm meant to get a amazing deal, so I add fund by alipay in advance, 56usd.

There is no indication in ToS how long people have to wait.
Virmach should give a promise to the people in line or stop them as soon as possible by refunding and blocking accounts.
I think everyone, not just MJJ, should feel anxious while waiting for Pending.

MJJ isn't a race, it's a state of mind. Why is it that all the rude, entitled whining seems to come from MJJ?

Lots of people here are patiently waiting for the backlog to be resolved, and understand that it can happen.

MJJ are sealing their own fate by creating multiple tickets, usually rude and unhelpful ones.

It's interesting that over at another sale where servers have been delayed twice, for 3+ weeks, there is none of this in the forums.

I wonder what they difference is? Oh they don't sell to MJJ! Problem solved.

  • I agree, my account has been marked as a multi account holder because I have used the account switcher to help someone setup their system for a reddit bot, during the current sale, I have purchased 7 VPS for myself. 3 of them are pending since the 23rd?, 1 is DOA and not able to redeploy because I cannot make tickets, but the 3 that are working at great, but I am afraid to even use them incase my account is terminated. I also have 3 previous services from other sales that I am keeping backed up hourly currently.

I am in Australia using the same residential static IP address since 2019, never used a VPN on VirMach. and the [Requested Resolution] Account Issue ticket is set to low priority that will most likely keep getting ignored.

I have been a happy VirMach customer and my services have mostly been great except for the current SEA10 issue that has taken one of my services offline. but performance wise I cannot complain and the services that are working are mostly a 100% uptime

I just think the abuse detection module is set too harsh.

  • One more thing,@ALL_VIRMACH_LOYAL_DEFENDER,you always assume people violated the ToS of VirMach, that confused me, as you're neither them nor VirMach officials, how could you know the details?

That's why I call it stereotyping and unfortunately most of them is from PRC, and have not fluent Englesss.

In my opinion, the simple rule of trading is, money sent = goods received, unless otherwise stated.

No refund term is only applicable if the provider has provided the product or service as promised but the buyer asks for something else.

If else, buyer has the right for Full Refoundd. 😁

If the provider deny to provide the service to some people / countries. Just ban the countries, don't allow them to pay, register or even visit the site.

It just sounds unfair, you want the money but not the responsibility.

    Cheers guys!!

I don't know if you violated the ToS or not, but either way VirMach (or their system) doesn't seem to want to provide their service to you.
You may want to stay away from VirMach to save your money. If I am correct, they said they would not refund account credit deposits...

First of all, your premise is wrong because you assume the complainers do not get an option for a refund. See OP:

We will also cancel and refund any order for any reason before activation.

Also, I personally think people do have the right to complain but the complainers here are overly self-entitled. If you bought anything linked on virmach.com and you get long waiting times, that is 100% on virmach. Feel free to complain as much as you like.

However, these complainers are buying flash sales which are (officially) only linked here on LES and you have been warned the services will not be created upon purchase. Of course, you are well within your rights to still complain if you get long waiting times, but that's the very definition of self-entitlement to me. You purchase cheap deals meant for the community with disclaimers that you may have to wait and you complain when you end up having to wait.

I understand, but in some cases, the user wait for months and the service never came.

The terms should be added :

If we can't provide the service under 90 days, we will give full Refoundd with no hassle.

We should put a limit there. Like the one in flash sales page.

Please complete your order within 3 minutes.

Seems more fair to both parties.

    does not mean

It's just that the virmach will take a refund operation when it receives any ticket related to pending.

Hehe, those gatekeepers and their mental gymnastic :)

I have a question for you. As far as I understand this flash sale isn't pre-sale, right? It may just take a bit longer for service activation, but it's not considered as pre-sale. So what's "a bit longer" than "within an hour of purchase" in your head?

"We will be creating them on a staggered basis and they should generally be delivered within an hour of purchase, however, in some cases, it may take longer."

Client pay for a service which should generally be delivered within an hour of purchase, however, in some cases, it may take longer. What's reasonable delivery timeframe in your head here?
One day? One week? One year?

  • @AlwaysSkint said: (My emphasis)

I can live with service activation being delayed, that is no issue, I have been a customer of Virmach since 2019, yes I followed them here from the other green forum, and lurked a lot there and here before hand, does that make me someone that is not entitled to take a deal posted on a public forum?

but the delayed activation is not my issue, the falsely flagging my account as an abuser because I referred people to them and then helped the said person setup their VPS USING an authorized part of the control panel where people can assign other users the ability to look after their VPS is wrong.

and using this feature here caused my account to be falsely flagged.

Agreed that it shouldn't take as long, though too many of you miss the bigger picture and have the "Me, Me, Me" attitude - a consequence of Social Media, no doubt. :|

    • Hardware problems
    • Abuse problems
    • Volume of orders

Then there are plenty of us, that order a service and it gets provisioned within 5 minutes. Think about that for 5 seconds.

@dgc1980 said: and using this feature here caused my account to be falsely flagged.

It shouldn't, given the feature is made available (and open for abuse), though I suspect other factors may be at play.

Overall, I'd have much preferred that Virmach consolidate what was already purchased and drive down outstanding Tickets, rather than produce another frenzied burst of purchases, particularly from the entitled crowd. Just like with economics, however business always seems to be driven by growth rather than right-sizing.
Countering that, why should the "innocent" lose out, due to the (so many) "bad apples". (Rhetorical.)
    /soapbox

It's not that I, personally don't have issues, with Tickets taking ages to be acted upon/completed, as well as the admittedly 3rd party delayed, lack of rDNS. I take the bigger picture though and have key servers provided by a "bigger player" (with horrendous Support reputation, that fortunately I rarely need).

    I see it right opposite.
Many of you try to legitimize and normalize everything wrong here and in this process beat down another poor sap with his legitimate concerns and complains.
Not so long time ago every LEGITIMATE criticism of a forum members was counteracted with something like "you're rude, unproductive, we're trying to build something here" which is imho dick move, because you (I don't mean you personally) put yourself above other people and their legitimate concerns.
Maybe you're the one who miss the bigger pricture? Just because you're well, you don't have issues, or you simply don't care it doesn't mean that other people's complains are less valid. It's not just Virmach, you, Frank, etc... Other people you're trying to shun with "an argument" are members of this community too. They may not be so well versed in expressing their thoughs (in english), but their opinion, concerns, frustrations, etc are valid too. It's simply wrong what some of you are doing here.

Think about that for 5 seconds.

Do you think that customers must know all the problems behind the scene?
Are they doing a joint venture with the provider and sharing the profit?
